Eligibility, selection process and pay scaleCandidates applying for Technician Grade III must have completed Matriculation or SSLC along with ITI in relevant trades or an Act Apprenticeship. For Technician Grade I Signal, diploma or degree qualifications may also be applicable in addition to technical eligibility.The selection process will include a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by document verification and medical examination. Technician Grade I Signal posts fall under Level-5 pay with an initial salary of Rs 29,200, while Technician Grade III posts are placed under Level-2 pay with an initial salary of Rs 19,900.The recruitment is open for postings across Indian Railways, and candidates are required to apply online through the official RRB portal within the given schedule.
