Malayalam crime thriller ‘Dheeram’, starring Indrajith Sukumaran, has landed on Amazon Prime Video after a theatrical release. The film, a complex murder investigation, follows a determined officer uncovering disturbing connections. The Malayalam crime investigation thriller ‘Dheeram’ has finally made its way to OTT after a long wait. The film, which stars Indrajith Sukumaran in the lead role, originally released in theatres in December 2025 and is directed by Jithin Suresh T. The film is currently accessible for viewers both in India and internationally. However, it is available only in its original Malayalam language version.

‘Dheeram’ revolves around a gripping crime investigation led by a determined police officer and the story begins with a shocking murder in the parking lot of a nightclub.Indrajith Sukumaran plays lead character Stalin Joseph who is a police officer assigned to investigate the crime. As he begins the probe, the case soon takes an unexpected turn.More murders with similar patterns begin to surface. As Stalin Joseph digs deeper into the investigation, he uncovers disturbing backstories that are connected to the victims.

According to our exclusive review, the Indrajith Sukumaran starrer begins with an intriguing premise but faces challenges in it’s execution.Our review noted that the premise is surely interesting as a script but the execution struggles to create emotional engagement.It further stated, “Multiple backstories, though intended to deepen the narrative, end up creating lag and repetition. As a result, the emotional intensity the film aims for never fully materialises.” Despite these criticisms, the performances received appreciation. The review added, “Indrajith Sukumaran delivers his usual dependable performance. Renji Panicker, Reba Monica John, Aju Varghese, Nishanth Sagar, and Divya Pillai handle their roles well, but the writing gives them limited space to leave a lasting impression.Apart from Indrajith Sukumaran the film features a strong supporting cast that includes Divya Pillai, Reba Monica John, and Renji Panicker in important roles.On the other hand, Indrajith Sukumaran will be next seen in Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph’s actioner ‘Ram’.
