The National Education Society for Tribal Students has released the Tier-II examination schedule for recruitment to teaching and non-teaching posts in Eklavya Model Residential Schools. The recruitment is being conducted through the EMRS Staff Selection Exam, ESSE 2025.Candidates shortlisted in the Tier-I examination will appear for the Tier-II written test scheduled between March 22 and March 25, 2026. The Tier-I result was declared on January 31, 2026, following the examination held in December.Tier-II examination schedule releasedThe Tier-II examination will be conducted in multiple sessions over four days. Posts including Trained Graduate Teacher and Post Graduate Teacher will be examined on March 22, 2026, in forenoon and afternoon sessions respectively.Female Staff Nurse posts will be examined on March 23, 2026, in the forenoon session. The examination for Principal and Accountant posts will take place in the afternoon session on the same day. Hostel Warden candidates will appear on March 24, 2026, in the forenoon session, while Junior Secretariat Assistant posts are scheduled for the afternoon session. Online applications were invited from September 19 to October 28, 2025.The Tier-I examination was held on December 13, 14 and 21, 2025. Candidates who qualified in Tier-I have been shortlisted for the Tier-II examination.
The age limit varies according to post, with October 23, 2025, fixed as the cut-off date for calculation. Age relaxation will be applicable as per prescribed rules.
