DSSSB Recruitment 2026: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has issued Advertisement No. 03/2026 for recruitment to various Group B and Group C posts across departments of the Government of NCT of Delhi, autonomous bodies and local bodies. The notification announces a total of 1,979 vacancies for a wide range of technical, teaching and administrative positions.According to the recruitment notice, the online application process will commence on June 16, 2026, at 12 noon. Candidates will be able to submit their applications through the DSSSB online portal until July 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm. The recruitment drive covers posts including Junior Scientific Assistant, Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science), Special Educator, IT Assistant Grade-A, Fitter Grade-II, Lift Operator and Data Processing Assistant Grade-A.Vacancy distribution across postsA significant share of vacancies has been announced for teaching positions. DSSSB has notified 675 vacancies for Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science), 450 for Special Educator (Primary), 163 for Trained Graduate Teacher (Special Education Teacher) and 129 for Domestic Science Teacher.

Among technical and scientific posts, 125 vacancies are available for IT Assistant Grade-A and 81 for Junior Scientific Assistant (Cyber Forensic). Other notified posts include Junior Scientific Assistant in Biology, Ballistics, Chemistry, Lie Detection, Documents, HRD/QC, Photo, Crime Scene, Finger Print and Physics disciplines. Vacancies have also been announced for Assistant Archivist Grade-I, Technical Assistant (Hindi), Electrical Overseer/Sub-Inspector, Sub Station Apprentice and Assistant Operator cum Mechanic (A/C).Eligibility and age criteriaThe age limit differs according to the post. Junior Scientific Assistant posts generally carry an age requirement of 18 to 27 years. Technical Assistant (Hindi) and Assistant Archivist Grade-I have an upper age limit of 30 years, while IT Assistant Grade-A is open to candidates below 27 years.For Fitter Grade-II, the prescribed age range is 20 to 32 years, whereas Lift Operator candidates can apply between 18 and 37 years. Several posts under NDMC carry an age limit of 18 to 32 years. Age relaxation will be provided in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the advertisement.Selection process and application procedureThe selection process will be conducted as per the recruitment rules applicable to each post. It may include a written examination, skill or aptitude test where required, document verification, medical examination and preparation of the final merit list.Applicants must complete registration, fill in the online application form, upload the required documents and submit the application before the closing date.
