Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has started registrations for the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2027. The entrance exam is for students seeking admission to undergraduate law programmes at Symbiosis law schools in Pune, Noida, Hyderabad and Nagpur.The SLAT 2027 exam will be conducted on December 19 and December 26, 2026. Candidates can apply through the official website, slat-test.org.The last date to register and pay the examination fee is December 4, 2026.To complete the application, candidates will have to enter their personal and academic details, verify their registered email address or mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP), and pay the required fee.The registration fee is Rs 2,550 per test, excluding applicable government taxes. Candidates will also have to pay an additional Rs 1,000 for each programme they select.After successfully completing the application, candidates will receive their SLAT ID and password through email and SMS.
SLAT 2027 : Eligibility criteria
Candidates appearing for SLAT 2027 must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.General category candidates must have secured at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories need at least 40% marks.
SLAT 2027 exam pattern
The SLAT 2027 question paper will have 60 questions, which candidates will have to attempt in 60 minutes.There will be no negative marking in the examination.The paper will include questions from five sections:
- Legal Reasoning
- Logical Aptitude
- Analytical Skills
- Reading Comprehension
- General Knowledge
The exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at 62 test centres across India. Candidates will have the option to appear for SLAT twice.If a candidate appears for both tests, the higher score will be considered for admission.
